Perforated Metal Parts
Do you need perforated metal parts and blanks? In addition to fabricated parts, our sister company, Accurate Perforating, manufactures custom perforated parts and blanks from a wide range of metals. When completed on the perforating presses, and because our systems are integrated, we quickly ship those items over and fabricate them into the parts you require. We perforate metal as light as 28 gauge up to 3/8 inch thickness. Whether you need a metal diffuser screen to precisely fit inside a lighting fixture or perforated metal blanks for ventilation, we can supply them. We have dozens of perforating presses, hundreds of perforation tools in stock, and thousands of patterns. We can create margins on the sides and edges, pull pins internally, and advance the feed of the material on the press automatically to offer a myriad of internal and external margin options. We can then quickly chop parts and blanks from the perforated sheet in one of our turret presses or laser cutting system, which is typically far less expensive and of better quality than performing all operations separately on a laser cutter or turret press alone.
